Preparation of Written Teaching Materials:

We encourage you to have all teaching materials and handouts presented to us and preprinted in the Proceedings Manual to avoid the disruption of distributing materials in the classroom.  Anything that is not provided for publication in the proceedings manual will be copied on site at the conference by the faculty member at the faculty member’s expense.

When possible, we appreciate receiving written teaching materials pre-formatted and ready to print in the Proceedings Manual.

We ask that all materials to be published in the Proceedings Manual be given to us both as a hard copy and on disk (PC or Mac), or as an email attachment.  If you are unable to provide a computer disk, please send a clean and easily scanable hard copy.  In most cases, your written materials will be printed exactly as they are given to us, therefore, please make sure the hard copy is on clean white paper (no letterhead) and has the title of the presentation and your name at the top of the first page.  If you have a powerpoint presentation, please print 6 per page for the proceedings manual.  Also, please omit page numbers on all materials, as we will need to paginate them into the entire proceedings manual.

In an effort to save paper and printing costs, we ask that outlines for each presentation be limited to 10 pages.  The shorter, the better.  Outlines should consist of a brief paragraph Abstract, Behavioral (Learning) Objectives, Content Outline and References.  Please make sure the presentation title and your name appear at the top of the first page.
